I would suggest parking in Hoboken, it would be cheaper that parking in Manhattan. You can take the PATH Train from Hoboken to 33rd Street, Manhattan and connect with subway. I’ve include a link to mapquest, which has 2 parking garages in Hoboken listed.
The fare on the PATH is $1.50 one way per person, and the fare on the subway is $4 round trip per person, but since you’re in town for just two days, I would suggest buy a 1 day MetroCard for $7 a person per day. That card will give unlimited rides on both the subway and bus.
